Iranian Stuffed Bell peppers, eggplant & Grape Leaves (Dolmeh)

INGREDIENTS:

250 grams rice
100 grams ground meat
100 grams fried onion
100 grams Lentils
8 Bell peppers (Optional)
2 of eggplants (Optional)
12 Grape leaves (Optional)
5 Tbsp Dry dill
2 Tbsp Tomato paste
Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Curry to your taste
