1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Chopped Rosemary

1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup chicken broth

1.5 Tbsp Onion Powder
1.5 Tbsp Paprika
1.5 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1.5 Tbsp Salt

Half a Stick Unsalted Butter

  2. lisssseeeennnnn, all i heard was finger lickn and lip smaking on Familygiving with this seasonings. had all the fixins. even the dark meat was gone by time to go. my 12 pound bird is GONE!!!

  3. I have always done my turkeys this way with a compound butter. I just don’t put rosemary in mine I’m not a fan of rosemary. And I will say inject my turkey the night before and let it sit in the fridge until the big day. And it’s never been dry thanks for sharing

  4. See I was always told to just use the same hole just go in at different angles…….don't be nasty. That way the juices only got 1 hole to escape

  5. This video is a little too late for me. I made the driest Turkey AND Ham in history. Just horrible. Still don't know what I did wrong.

  10. I'm eating this as I type. Jay I made your 1st turkey recipe for Thanksgiving and that was 🔥. The wife bought a little 13 pounder on sale to just pick at for the week for lunches and what not. Got a chance to make this recipe. My goodness the flavors this thing is filled with is incredible! That rosemary hits the taste buds oh so good. The lemon pepper! Oh my goodness! This thing came out perfectly. Both recipes are great. This 1 definitely has the flavor that last longer in your mouth. I didn't even stuff it and it came out oh so good. No 1 spice over powers the other. Just a perfect balance. Bravo on this 1 boss. Highly recommend this recipe if you want to impress anyone. Side note. I was always taught when injecting to just make 1 hole and just go in at different angles. That way there's less holes for the juice to escape. Lol but the film don't lie how you're came out though. Thanks for putting this out here.
