Here’s my simple vegan chili recipe. This low sodium chili recipe is also great for vegetarians. You don’t need a pressure cooker with this one. Just chop some peppers, add canned beans and tomatoes with your favorite spices.
4 Poblano Peppers
4 Anaheim Peppers
4 Jalapeno Peppers
2 Green Bell Peppers
2 Red Onions
6 Cans of Assorted Beans
4 Cans of Diced Tomatoes
Season to Taste:
Black Pepper
Cumin
Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Red Pepper
Paprika
Cook for 45 minutes and you have a delicious, hearty vegan chili. I hope you guys like the video and the chili.
