★★★ Chilli Chicken Ingredients ★★★

➤ Serves: 4

➤ Ingredients:
• 400 grams – Boneless Chicken – chopped
• 2 TBSP – Ginger Garlic Paste
• ½ tsp + 1¼ tsp – Salt (or to taste)
• ¼ tsp + ¾ tsp – Crushed Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) – or to taste
• ½ tsp – Red Chilli Powder (or to taste)
• ¼ tsp + 1½ tsp – Vinegar (or to taste)
• ½ tsp + 4 tsp – Soy Sauce (or to taste)
• 1 – Egg
• 2 tsp – Plain Flour (Maida)
• 3 TBSP + 2 TBSP – Cornflour
• 3 TBSP + As needed – Oil
• 2 TBSP + 1 cup – Water
• 2 TBSP – Garlic – finely chopped
• 1 TBSP – Ginger Juliennes
• 2 – Green Chillies – cut vertically (or to taste)
• 2 cups – Onions – roughly chopped & separated into petals
• 2 cup – Green Peppers (Capsicum) – seeds removed & roughly chopped
• ½ cup – Spring Onion Whites – chopped
• 2 tsp – Tomato Ketchup
• 1½ tsp – Red Chilli Sauce (or to taste)
• ½ cup – Spring Onion Greens – chopped

1 cup = 250ml, 1 TBSP = 15ml, 1 tsp = 5ml
