Simple Chili Chicken Recipe

Ingredients: Boneless Chicken, Onion, Capsicum, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili, Cornflour, Soy Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper, Flour, Egg, Baking Soda

Process:
First we have to marinate the chicken well by garlic-ginger paste, black pepper and salt. Then the marinated chicken is kept for half an hour in the freezer and then again it is marinated by cornflour, egg, flour, baking soda, black pepper and salt.
After the marination is done, we have to deep fry the chicken in the oven. We have to wait until the chicken turns light brownish.
In the heated oil, at first we give finely chopped garlic, then onions are fried well and along with capsicum are also fried. In a small bowl, take one tablespoon of cornflour and add some water to it and mix well. Then add it to the kadhai. Add 2 tablespoon of soy sauce and tomato sauce, add the finely chopped ginger and chopped green chili to it. Boil the gravy in low steam for at least 15 minutes. Taste the gravy and add salt/sugar to it. Lastly add the chicken and finally delicious chili chicken will be ready to serve.
