Medium size cauliflower – 1 (soaked in hot water for 5 mins)
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Chopped garlic – 5
Green chilli – 1
Onion – 1
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
