Oh wow it’s like how I make Birria
How spicy are the new mexico chili pods? In case what can I sub it with something that is more mild?
When adding the water, why not use the water that the chilies rehydrated in?
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Ill be making this in deer camp con venado
This is one of my favorite dishes, another variation I love is when it's made with pork and nopalitos. Yum!😋
So I am co owner of a very well respected BBQ restaurant I would love to pick your brain to bring other foods into our menu. I don't want to throw our name out there but if you would be willing .is the a way I can contact you in private ?
And think breakfast.
Oh we in in New Mexico btw
I just want to say, besides being the most inspiring cook on the internet, and also editing your videos PERFECTLY — quick, but complete! — you are the absolutely most badass chick on Earth for daring to eat a red sauce in a white top on camera!! Seriously…THE BEST!
Love love love your videos. So simple to follow! 👍🏽👍🏽
Yum! We make it the same! I learned in Yucatán that they garnish with crushed red peppers,
Onions, cilantro and pork rinds. It was amazing. Thanks for sharing.
I will be making this recipe tonight. It looks delicious!
Look so good. Can’t wait to make it.
Girl!!! Thank you so so MUCH!! You are the bomb! My family is tackling the food! I love you
Made this tonight and it was SOOOO delicious. “Seriously, the best.” Thank you Claudia
How would you suggest adding vegetables to this in a way that blends with the flavors? I looove adding veggies to make something more stew-like and to make something healthier!
New stove
Is that roast the shoulder
Mexican oregano or regular oregano?
Oh Claudia , I’m so excited, I received your cook book today. I have waited patiently for it. I have 3 of your cooking essentials and will now make a grocery list I know I’ll never be as good as you but will give it a try. You are beautiful and have a beautiful family
I'm new to your page and the chili Colorado was delicious and you made it so easy for me. Thanks!
Brings me back to my childhood
What is APF spices ?
Looks delicious. Question: Can tri-tip be used for this recipe? Thanks.
How did you keep your white shirt clean??
Hi Claudia! Thank you for the recipe. If I don’t want to make it spicy, do you suggest using the same number of chiles but in guajillo?
Hi, what is the name of the dried chilli please?
Trying it now. Already it’s too much cumin. Probably not going to be that classic authentic flavor but more like a chili flavor.
Where can I get those big white plates at?? I'm going to make this for my sister, she loves this! Thank you
What are "New Mexico Chili Pods"? We lived in Albuquerque for 2 years but I don't understand this. You're adding dried chilis but what kind?? lol, this one stumped me. Thank you!
Can I use california chile pods?
The next recipe I will try! Along with your sweet potato dessert for my church family.
How much all purpose flour? & what is APF?
Is this supposed to thicken up as you cook it if it doesn't can I add cornstarch to thicken it up a little bit
Hi, how many quarts is your mixer.
I make this dish and I believe you are leaving out (or do not do) a crucial step. When you blend the peppers, garlic and spices, you are supposed to sift the sauce otherwise you get the pepper peel and other stuff. Also, I make mine with pork and fry it in the pan, add the sifted sauce then thicken with flour and water, this instead of coating the meat in flour. It's a delicious meal but you MUST sift the sauce before pouring on the meat.
I was looking to save this video to make at a later date but don't see the save feature available. Help please.
Anyone trued this with guajillos in lieu of New Mexico chilis ?
