  1. Make sure you don't overcook your eggs, keep the yolks runny and don't marinade for too long otherwise the egg whites become rubbery because water from the eggs are pulled out of the whites into the marinade. I also wouldn't cook them in salted water because that might add to the issue but I'm not too sure about this one.

    My brain: 60+60+60…..no (360/60) +1 =6min 1 second.
    Me: now how am I supposed to measure that 1sec?
