Ingredients
3 Potatoes peeled and cut into wedge shaped pieces
5 Kashmiri Chillies whole
6 Green chillies split in two and with all the seeds taken off
25 gms of Garlic
6 Shallots cut into pieces
2 Sprigs of curry leaves
20 ml of oil
200 ml of water
Salt to taste
2 Spoons of Fennel powder
Preparation
Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.Put in the garlic, some curry leaves and the shallots and saute till the shallots are a golden brown. Put in the potato wedges and saute well. Put in the fennel powder and the salt ad saute and mix. Add 200 ml of water . Mix all the ingredients and cook for 20 minutes.After 20 minutes pour in 10 ml of water . Then add the green chillies and kashmiri Chillies and the rest of the curry leaves. Saute and mix all the ingredients for 5 to 6 minutes and take off the flame and serve
