This looks like it would be delicious! I will have to print out that recipe and give it a try. I saw your mat that you sit your canned items on to cool in one of your previous videos and decided to make me one. Since I like having a set of placemats, hot pads and mug rugs for each month of the year, I have also added one of these pads to match in the set. I have it beside my stove for sitting hot pots on or casserole dishes. I really enjoy watching you do cooking and canning projects. I always get inspired by what you do. Even your building projects have spurred me on. As a result I now have a greenhouse in my backyard made from cattle panels. 😊 I hope you have a wonderful Christmas season on your homestead and with your family! ❤

Can a sugar sub be used? I’m diabetic so I try not to use sugar except I natural fruit. Looks delicious!
