Nigerian Fried pepper stew has always been a delight to me, however when I was heavy with my daughter, Nigerian fried pepper stew became a loved recipe to me..I will buy almost everyday at the office and still can’t have enough of this fried pepper stew..

So naturally, I started Making my own Fried pepper stew which I have fine tuned by developing the flavors of the fried pepper stew into a masterpiece.. Today I share with you one of the many ways you can enjoy the Nigerian Fried Pepper stew.

WHAT IS IN THIS NIGERIAN FRIED PEPPER STEW

Tatashe ( Locally grown bell peppers)

Shonbo (Chilli pepper)

Onions

Scotch bonnet pepper (atarodo)

Iru (locust beans)

Palm oil

Shaki (Cow intestine)

Ponmo (Cow hide)

Beef bites

Crayfish

Salt to taste

Measurements should be at your own discretion, based on the level of heat you can tolerate and the quantity of Stew you want to make.. Feel free to use whatever protien you have available..
