This is my very own recipe, and first time to do this, and it comes out great! I just wanted to share this recipe, it so easy to prepare. You can do it in less than an hour, and can be serve anytime of the day! A healthy recipe that every body must try! Enjoy and let’s dig in!!!
list of ingredients:
3 pcs. chicken breast, cut into thin strips
5 pcs. of potatoes slices
1/2 of red bell peppers, cut into strips
1/2 of green bell peppers, cut into strips
1 can of cream of mushrooms (10 oz.)
1 can of evaporated milk or 1 cup of fresh milk
7 cloves of minced garlic
1 large onion cut into chunks
dash of garlic powder
dash of black pepper
dash of oregano
dash of dried parsley
1 cup of fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp. of oyster sauce
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. of butter
1 tsp. of olive oil
