Hello Welcome back to my Channel today I’m going to share a super easy Chili recipe Kid friendly and mild not too spicy
You will need the following ingredients
1/2 Diced white onion( you can also use yellow onion)
4 Diced garlic cloves
1 Diced tomato (or canned diced tomato)
1/2 Pack of ground beef
1 Can kidney beans (or chili beans)
1/2 Chili packet
1/2 Tablespoon Knor tomato seasoning
You will also need salt and pepper
Step 1 Cut the Tomato, Onion and garlic
Step 2 Drizzle olive oil in pan and add garlic and onion and saute for about 2 minutes on medium heat
* I used a cast-iron pan you can use any pan as long as it deep enough to fit all the ingredients.
Step 3 Once the onion and garlic are saute and a little brown add the ground beef and cook for a few minutes once its a little brown add just a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 4 Once the ground beef is a little brown add 1 can of kidney beans and the diced tomato
Step 5 Cover and cook on low for 20 Minutes once its ready add some green onion on top the green onion is optional and serve with a side of white rice and sour cream on top.
This recipe serving size is for 3 people so if you want to make a big batch just double it except for the chili packet only use 1 packet not 2
Here is a DIY Chili recipe seasoning if you don’t have the packet available at home
1/4 Cup chili powder
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 Tablespoon cumin
2 Teaspoons onion powder
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon cayenne powder
4 Teaspoons sea salt
2 Teaspoons ground pepper
Add all ground spices to a bowl and whisk until well combined
