I love oven-baked vegetables! and I love pasta recipes! That’s why an oven vegetable pasta sauce is coming for you today. It’s incredibly delicious and I’m really looking forward to your reactions ♥️

Ingredients:
Oven baked vegetables:
4 red pointed peppers
1 garlic bulb
3 shallots
20 cherry tomatoes
1 tsp salt

Aside from that:
500g pasta
150 g vegan cream cheese
200 ml pasta water
1 handful of basil
1 tsp Italian herbs
Pinch of salt/pepper

Toppings: vegan parmesan, basil

Preparation:
1. Place all the ingredients for the oven vegetables on a tray, sprinkle with oil and salt and put in the oven for 35 minutes (200 degrees/fan oven).
2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta
3. Mix the oven vegetables together with the remaining ingredients to make a sauce
4. Mix the pasta and sauce and enjoy
