That actually doesn't seem too bad. Cincinnati chili on the other hand, well that usually has some warm spices like cinnamon or clove in it. Maybe nutmeg I've even heard rumors of some people putting chocolate in it.
I wouldn't have been so pissed if this is what ended up on top of my spaghetti the first time I went to Skyline after moving to Ohio.
The local custom is not to twist the noodles on the fork, way too sloppy. You cut with the side of the fork a bit at a time and work your way across the dish. It is also accepted to toss a few hot dogs in. You can cut them into wheels beforehand if you wish
