How to Make the Best Chili Ever, New Orleans Style

You’ll love making this delicipus and easy chili with a New Orleans twist. Just add 1lb ground beef, 1 chopped onion,, 1 chopped bell and chooped garlic to pot and cook til meat is no longer pink. Season meat with Tony Chachere creole seasoning to taste, add 1 package chili seasoning and one can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, mix well. Add 1 can tomato soup one can drained kidney beans and 1 -2 small bay leaves. Simmer for approx 10 minutes, add 1 tablespoon brown sugar, mix well. Remove bay leaves and serve over rice. May top with cheese, sour cream or other toppings as desired.
