Now Let’s Start To Make Garlic And Herb Sauteed Bell Pepper

Ingredients_____________________

2-3 tablespoons olive oil
2 large red and yellow bell peppers (seeded and cut into half-inch strips)
2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
Salt (to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon ​red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon basil (chopped)
1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over high heat.

Add garlic and saute for few seconds.

Add the pepper strips, and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the peppers begin to soften.

Turn down the heat to low, and add salt, and pepper.

Add the vinegar and herbs. Toss to combine.

Turn off the heat and serve with toasted bread if desired.

Serve as part of an appetizer or antipasto platter and enjoy.
