Paneer Chilli Recipe (Dry & Gravy):
Paneer Chilli is a popular Indo-Chinese starter made by seasoning paneer in chilli sauce.

Ingredients (Serves 2):
– 200 gm Paneer
– half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
– salt
– 2 tablespoons of corn flour
– Half a tablespoon of rice flour
– 4 tablespoons of oil
– 3 red onions
– Ginger and garlic
– 4 to 5 green chilies
– Half a lemon or a tablespoon of lemon juice
– A capsicum
– A teaspoon of soya sauce
– A teaspoon of red chili sauce
– A teaspoon of schezwan sauce (optional)
– Tomato ketchup
– Water’
The mixture of Corn and Water can be adjusted:
1 tablespoon corn flour & water – Dry Paneer Chilli
2 tablespoon corn flour & more water – Gravy Paneer Chilli
