You can store this pickle for 1 year. Just keep in air tight Jar so it will last longer. This pickle is very tasty and goes well with all types of food. If you want more spicy pickle, you can choose Dark Green Chilis however if you prefer medium spicy food, you need to select comparatively big chilis which are not so spicy. To mild down the spicy taste, you can also increase the quantity of lemons.
