Quick Turkey Chili Recipe. This quick turkey chili recipe will quickly become one of your household favorites. Simple, fast, and EXTREMELY tasty…you’ll want to keep this one in your recipe book for the next cold, damp day.

👍Ingredients👍
Ground turkey 🦃 – 1 lb
Onion (chopped) – 1
Squash/zucchini (small diced) – 1
Garlic (crushed) – 4 cloves
Crushed tomatoes 🍅 (28 oz can) – 1
Broth (chicken, beef or veggie) – 2 cups
Black beans – 2 cans
Corn – 1 can
Cheddar 🧀 (optional) – 1 cup
Seasoning:
Chili/Chili Lime powder – 4 tbsp
Ground cumin – 2 tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper – 1/4 tsp
👍Directions👍
1️⃣. Heat some oil in a large pot, add the onions, zucchini, and garlic. Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
2️⃣. Add the ground turkey, and cook until browned.
3️⃣. Add the seasoning and cook until fragrant and mixed in. 30 seconds or so.
4️⃣. Add the tomatoes, broth, beans, corn. Bring to a boil, and then lower the heat and simmer for about 30 mins or until you reach your desired thickness.
5️⃣. Turn off the heat. If adding cheese, add now and mix all together.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
