Hey guys! Welcome to my channel! In June of 2019 I decided to start living a healthier life, to become happier and more confident. The four easy steps I implemented in my life seemed so little, but the end results were huge! I lost 30 lbs in three months! Small changes equal big results! I still follow these steps and have maintained my weight loss (I even eat cupcakes) and as I go further into my weight loss and fitness journey I am still seeing results. I am having a lot of fun learning about health and fitness, so I decided to bring you along on my journey. I am a beginner and I am learning in real time!
