Protein-Packed Vegan Chili

As a Vegan its so Important to make sure that your eating the right amount of nutrients and protein through out each day, it may not affect you at first but as the years go on if your not properly eating you will start to see your body start to change in a negative way.

Protein-Packed Vegan Chili
– 1 large sweet potato
– 1 large green pepper
– 1 large onion
– 2 14oz can kidney beans
– 1 14 oz can black beans
– 1 14 oz can of lentils
– 1 24 oz can of diced tomato’s
– 1 pack of chili seasoning
– 2 cups of vegetable stock
– 2 cups of quinoa
