Spicy Malabar Prawns Curry:
Ingredients;
Prawns 300 gm
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Black mustard seeds 2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
Onion sliced 2
Green chili 1
Curry leaves 15
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes finely chopped 1 cup
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ginger for garnish
Coriander for garnish

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add black mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Sauté well. Then add onion and sauté well. Now add green chili and curry leaves. Also garlic, spices and tomatoes along with ½ cup water. Cook well. Once the tomatoes get soft cook the mixture properly. Now add lemon juice and cook for another 7 minutes. Lastly add ginger and coriander. Serve hot.

Noodles Kebab:
Ingredients:
noodles cooked 1 packets
chili sauce 4 tablespoon
soya sauce 1 tablespoon
Oil 3 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Egg 1

Method:
Mix all the ingredients and place it in the baking tray. Then cut with the round shape cutter and make kebabs out of it. Now bake it until crispy. Serve hot.

Malabar Paratha:
Flour 1-1/2 cup
Ghee 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Semolina 1 tbsp
Ghee for frying
Water for kneading

Method:
Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well. Then allow it to rise. Now spread the dough evenly and add clarified butter. Then cut into strips, roll and leave it for a while. Now spread the parathas and fry in the clarified butter. Serve hot.
