veg fried rice and chili paneer gravy|Easy Chinese meal recipe| ଫ୍ରାଏଡରାଇସ୍ ଚିଲିପନିର୍
It is a simple meal recipe you can prepare for your guests within very less time.
Veg fried rice:
Steam rice 1bowl
Chopped garlic 1spoon
1Spring onion
Chopped carrots and capsicums 3-4 spoon
½ spoon vinegar
1spoon oil
Take steam rice which is cooked around 70-80%.
In a pan add chopped garlic, fry until brown
Add spring onion(white parts) and vegetables.(carrot and capsicum)
Cook it for 2-3minutes.Add rice to it.
Add ½ spoon of vinegar and green part of spring onion.
Fried rice is ready now !!!
ChilliPaneer:
Paneer 100 gm
Capsicum 1
Onion ½
Spring onion 1
Chopped garlic 2spoon
Chopped ginger 2spoon
Cornflour 1spoon
Sauces(green chilli,soya.tomato, schezwan)
Salt and Oil
In oil fry ginger and garlic for 1min.
Add onion and white spring onion fry it for another 1min.
Add green chilly and capsicum.
Add salt and fry it for 2-3 min.
Add all sauces.
Mix cornflour with some water and add it.
Add paneer and green spring onion.
Chllipaneer is ready.
Salad:
Cabbage
Carrots
Lemon ½
salt and blackpapper
Mix everything in a bowl to prepare the salad.
