Hi guys today we’re going to make stuffed sweet mini peppers this is a really quick and easy appetizer I have about a pound of these sweet mini peppers they come in all different colors they’re beautiful to look up I have four ounces of cochise and four ounces of cream cheese
Make sure your cheese is soft so it’s easier to work with the flavor the cheese I have a quarter teaspoon salt quarter teaspoon ground black pepper quarter teaspoon garlic powder and a quarter teaspoon of dried oregano easy to remember everything is a quarter teaspoon we’ll also need some olive oil
We’ll drizzle the peppers with it right before baking for teach your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit with the peppers we want to split them in half just take any seeds out you hardly have any seeds or pits because they’re tiny it’s prettier if you leave the stem on the peppers are
Already now we’ll make the cheese filling into the cream cheese and goat cheese put in the spices and mix it up make sure you taste the cheese before you add the salt because some cheese might be very salty already and you could probably use less salt make sure
It’s nice and smooth move all the peppers to a baking tray drizzle the peppers with a little olive oil toss them around make sure they’re all covered all the peppers are nicely coated in the oil now we’ll stuff up make sure your peppers are in a single
Layer use a butter knife or an offset spatula and stuff the peppers with the cheese this makes it very neat just like that the peppers are stuffed and pretty now they’re ready to bake in 400 degree heated oven for 10 minutes after 10 minutes the peppers are tender and
Pepper still have a little crunch to them as she’s filling a soft warm and full of flavor these make perfect appetizers because you can pick them up easily and eat them in a bite or two you can serve them just like this they’re absolutely delicious or sprinkle some chopped flat-leaf parsley over top

Thank you from Denver CO USA 🇺🇸
I just made them. Didn't have goat cheese so just used the cream cheese. They are delicious. Next time I will roast some garlic which I do for herbal butter, and use some of it un place of the powder. Do you have a recipe for sausage stuffed with narinada sauce for the peppers? Thank you so much.c
