Pepper and Eggs Omelette Recipe #shorts



Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion – sliced
½ yellow capsicum – sliced
½ green capsicum – sliced (colours are optional)
1 medium tomato – sliced
½ tsp salt
1 tsp chilli sauce
2 eggs
Parsley for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
1- Heat the oil over medium-high heat.
2- Fry onion and capsicums for 5-8 minutes until softened, then add salt, chilli sauce and tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
3- Add the egg and cover with the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes on low medium heat or until eggs are set.
4- Enjoy!
