The holidays delayed my posting but WE BACK FAM!! After trying many many MANY different chili recipes, THIS IS THE MVP! The flavors are correct and it tastes even better the next day. Winter is here and this is the kind of food I want to eat. ENJOY!
Ingredients
olive oil(about 1 TB)
1 Pound Ground Beef(I use 93/7 but you do you)
1 Can Kidney Beans, 15 ounces, drained
1 Can Pinto Beans, 15 ounces, drained
1 Can Black Beans, 15 ounces, drained
1 Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, 15 ounces, with juice
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 Red Onion, chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced *optional
1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
2 Cups Beef Stock( I love better than boullion)
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Add olive oil to a pot and add the onions and peppers ,cook until tender.
Add the meat and cook until browned. (FLAVOR PEOPLE)
Add seasonings, minced garlic, and tomato paste and cook until aromatic. 1-2 min
Add fire roasted tomatoes, beans, Beef Stock, and worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for 20-25 min and BOOM SERVE!
