Making a quick chili for dinner! Now that the weather is a bit colder, it’s the perfect comfort dinner. I hope the chili police doesn’t come after me though, I was just trying my best. Here’s what I used:
2 lbs ground beef, 80/20
Half white onion, diced, sautéed in olive oil
3 garlic gloves, minced
2 cans red kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
2 cans diced tomato
2 cans tomato sauce
1 cup beef stock
2 TBSP worcestershire
1 TBSP tomato paste
Seasoned with paprika, dried oregano, garlic powder, cumin, chili flakes, salt & pepper all to taste.
Topped with Mexican blend cheese, sour cream, scallions and cornbread. Enjoy!
