INGREDIENTS:
4 red bell peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
½ lemon, juiced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp Olive oil
table salt, to taste
ground black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Lightly coat the bell peppers with the vegetable oil and place them in a 250°C (480° F) air fryer.Ā
Roast the bell peppers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are thoroughly charred on the outside. Then remove them from the air fryerĀ
Immediately transfer the peppers to a glass food storage container and seal the lid. Let them rest for 20 minutes. (If you donāt have a glass container, use a plastic one.)Ā
After resting, remove the peppers from the container. Peel off the skins, discard the seeds, and cut the peppers into pieces of your desired size.Ā
In a jar, combine the cut peppers with all other ingredients. Mix well, taste, and adjust the seasoning as needed.Ā
