Thai Chicken Chili Dry & Beef Bong Biryani | Mehboob’s Kitchen | Chef Mehboob | 10 Jan 24 | MasalaTV @MasalaTVRecipes

Thai Chicken Chili Dry Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
Chicken (strips) ½ kg
Egg 1
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilli (chopped) 6
Mushrooms (chopped) 4
Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 3 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 8 tbsp
Spring onions (chopped) for sprinkling

Method:
In chicken strips add egg, corn flour, and oil mix then leave for half an hour . Now in a wok heat oil and fry chicken stripes till than golden brown and remove .then in a pan add grind garlic and fry Now all ingredients are mixed and cook for 2 minutes then dish out Finally garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.

Beef Bong Biryani Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
Beef bong cut in cubes 1 kg
Beef bones ½ kg
Onion 4 large
Oil ½ cup
Sela rice 3 cup
Food colour ¼ tsp
screwpine 6 tbsp
All spices powder 2 tbsp
Whole spices 3 tbsp
Yogurt 3 cup
Lemon (slice) 2
Coriander chopped 3 tbsp
Green chili slice 6
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Dry plump 8 to 10
Coriander powder 2 tbsp

Method:
• In a pan heat oil and fry onions and half onions remove and keep aside.
• Now garlic ginger and remaining onion fry.
• Then beef and beef bones for 5 minutes and add all spices powder, red chili, turmeric, and coriander powder, and dry plump fry for 2 minutes.
• Now salt and 6 cups of water and cook bring to a boil and meat around tender.
• After this is covered remove and cook on high flame till than water is dry add yogurt and cook for 2 minutes and bones.
• Now whole spices and spices powder add and cook for 2 minutes.
• Then lemon, coriander, and green chili mix.
• Now rice mix in salted water and boil then remove water and spread on qorma.
• Then on the top of sprinkling food color cook on low heat for 15 minutes and then mix and serve.
