SAUCY CHICKEN LEGS RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Chicken legs 1 kg
Water 1 ½ cup
Sliced onion ½ cup
Nutmeg ¼ tsp
Black pepper whole ½ tsp
Cloves 4
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Other Ingredients :
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili paste 2 tbsp
Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
Cream 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Spring onion leaves chopped ¼ cup
Basil leaves 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves to garnish
Spring onion leaves to garnish

METHOD :
Marinate chicken legs with 1 glass of water, onion, nutmeg, peppercorns, cloves, lemon juice, and turmeric, cook till chicken legs are tender and ½ cup stock left. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and fry well, add chili paste, black pepper, cream, spring onion, salt, and basil leaves and fry well, add the boiled chicken, and stock and cook for 10 mins till it becomes thick. Heat another pan, add oil, add the cooked chicken, and fry on low flame till it becomes golden, arrange the chicken legs, pour the sauce over it, and garnish with spring onion leaves and coriander leaves.

Mince ½ kg
Ginger garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Onion chopped ½ cup
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese grated ¼ cup
Mozzarella cheese grated ¼ cup
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Dhania powder 1 tsp
Sweet corn ½ cup
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Cream 3 tbsp
Cashew nuts ground 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Egg whites 2

Ingredients for Coating :
Sesame seeds roasted 2 tbsp
Vermicelli ½ cup
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp

METHOD :
Boil ½ kg mince on full flame till dry, cool, add in ginger garlic chopped, coriander leaves, mint leaves chopped, onion chopped, chicken powder, mustard powder, both the cheese grated, black pepper crushed, sweet corn, yogurt, cream, cashew nuts grounded, chili sauce, gram flour, corn flour, flour 2 tbsp, dhania powder 1 tsp, mix all well till everything is properly mixed, then make long chili shape kebabs, dip in eggs, roll in coating, deep fry.
