Pickled Sweet Peppers Recipe #shorts



In today’s #shorts video, I’m going to show you how to make Pickled Mini Sweet Peppers!#PickledMiniSweetPeppersRecipe #Pickled #plantbased #vegan #Shorts #shorts #sivegan

Recipe:
Ingredients:
– 15-20 Sweet peppers/Mini bell peppers
– 5-6 Black pepper seeds
-1 tbsp salt
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1.5 tbsp white vinegar
– 4-5 Garlic cloves
– Handful of Parsley
– 4-5 Bay leaves
– 1 tbsp oil (I used sunflower oil)
– 1 liter of water

Method:
Remove all the seeds and the tops of the sweet peppers. In a large pot place 1 liter of water and add everything except for the parsley. Bring it to a boil. In the meantime, sterilize a jar, by placing boiling water inside it and its lid then after a few minutes carefully pour the boiling water, rinse and dry. After the mixture is boiling, add the peppers and cook for 5-7 minutes with a closed lid, or until slightly tender. Then, remove from the heat, place the parsley inside the clean jar, add the peppers one after the other, then, pour the liquids on top of them. Let cool completely, then close the jar and place it in the fridge, It should be ready in a day or two, ENJOY!
