INGREDIENTS:
Boneless Chicken β 300 gms, cut into medium size cubes
For Marination:
Flour β 3 tbsp
Cornflour β ΒΌ cup
Red chilli paste (or red chilli sauce) β 2 tsp
Soya Sauce β 1 tsp
Pepper β ΒΌ tsp
Salt β Β½ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder β Β½ tsp (optional)
Water β enough to make a thick batter
For the Sauce:
Garlic β 5-6 cloves, finely chopped
Onions β 1 big or 2 small, cut into squares
Spring onions β a handful, chopped
Green chilli β 1 big or 2 small, slit into 2 or 4
Capsicum β 1 medium size, cut into squares
Vinegar β 1 tsp
Soya Sauce β 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Sauce β Β½ tbsp
Red Chilli Paste β 2 tbsp (can reduce this for lower spiciness)
Tomato Ketchup β 1 tbsp
Salt β Β½ tsp, if needed
Sugar β ΒΌ β Β½ tsp, if needed
Pepper β Β½ tsp
Water β ΒΌ cup
