Ingredients
3 medium Green bell pepper seeded and cubed in 1/2” pieces this will make about 3 cup cubed bell pepper (capsicum, shimla mirch)
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1/8 teaspoon asafetida (hing)
1-1/2 tablespoon coconut powder (gola)
1-1/2 tablespoon sesame Seed powder (til)
2 teaspoons coriander powder (dhania)
2 teaspoon fennel seeds powder (saunf)
1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder (lal mirch)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (haldi)
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon mango powder (amchoor)
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Namaste and welcome to mela’s Kitchen Masala bell pepper Curry Masala bell pepper Curry is very aromatic and delicious in addition to being vegan and glutenfree first add the oil cashew coriander and sesi Seed so you have to roast this for about a minute after you turn off the heat then you add coconut
Because like I said otherwise this will burn stir it and take this out in a bowl plant this so paste is uh ready as you see it’s very smooth now for the gravy I will blend the tomatoes green chilies and ginger I will add the oil cumin seed
Penu Greek seed asaaa and add the tomatoes now cook this for about 2 minutes time to add the paste bell pepper and then we will add some more water and let it cook for about 5 minutes I have garnished with cilantro and few pieces of cashews so Masala bell pepper Curry is ready
