Badam Ka Sharbat:

Ingredients:
Almonds 200gm
Sugar 600 gm
Water 3 cups
Green cardamoms 6

Method:
Soak almonds and take out the skin. Then blend in 1 cup water. Now in 2 cups water add sugar and make syrup. Once it becomes thick add green cardamoms and grinded almonds. Cook well. Allow it to cool. Secure it in a bottle.

Chili Garlic Sauce:

Ingredients:
Tomatoes 1 kg
Garlic 1 whole
Red chilies (whole) 15
Salt to taste
Sugar/jaggery 2 tbsp
Vinegar ½ cup
Onion 1
Corn flour 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp

Method:
Cook tomatoes, salt and onion. Grind well. Then cook other ingredients and blend well. Once it becomes thick, dissolve corn flour and secure in a bottle.

Frozen Paratha:

INGREDIENTS:
Flour 2 cups
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Dry milk powder 3 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Uni puff as required

METHOD:
Except uni puff mix all the ingredients and prepare a dough with warm water. Allow it to rest. Then make balls out of it and put uni puff in the center, fold and make a big ball. Now cut and fold like corn shape, press well and make ball. Then spread the dough evenly and make parathas. Lastly secure in a zip lock bag and freeze it.
