Absolutely easy, fun and delicious dish.
All time favourite, Mushroom Chili with a twist of Jack Daniel’s BBQ Whisky Sauce.

Quick and easy to prep. You can use BBQ Sauce and Whisky separately. It will evaporate and caramelize the dish, giving a woody and sweet aroma.

Ingredients:
10-12 Mushrooms of your choice
1/4 Bellpeppers
1 Small Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
1-1/2 TBSP Schezwan Sauce
2 TBSP Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce
Salt & Pepper as required
30 GMS Parmigiano Reggiano
