Sharing one of my favorite recipe – Egg Chilli. Hopefully you all will enjoy. Below are the ingredients you need to cook it in below 20 mins. Awesome for dinner or lunch, can take it with roti or paratha or even rice.

Ingredients:
6 Boiled Egg – each into 2 pieces
1 onion, 1 capsicum, 2 tomatoes, spring onion & green chili chopped
Salt, chili powder, 1 tsp chopped garlic & ginger each
Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp, Sweet Chilli Sauce 2 tsp, Honey 1/2 tsp
Corn flour & maida/all purpose flour
