All right today I’m going to start my day with this uh Bloom greens and today I’m going to mix it with this zero sugar strawberry lemonade I don’t know if it’s going to be a mistake or not but I didn’t much care for it mixed with the be Peach one

I don’t know what I’m doing is it obvious okay just TR to make sure it’s mixed in I felt like I had a bunch of stuff in the bottom of my cup and I had to blow bubbles and get it all mixed in after the fact all right well that looks pretty

Out and it’s in here cooking I have a pound of a lean ground sirling and a pound of ground turkey combined together we’re getting that all cooked so I can drain the grease and I’m going to add it to my Croc pot which right now in here

I’ve got dehydrated red peppers and then those um cooked dehydrated um pinto beans that I got and also going to add two cans of these chilies that I got from I say that I got cuz all these items came from a food pantry the peppers came whole and I dehydrated them

The meat came Frozen and then got a can of um black beans that I’m rinsing I’m going to add those to it as well and so far i’ almost got my smoothie drink I realized this one isn’t as green as the other one and I know

Spices all right got the meat in I was like what is that but I realized it’s a bean it’s hydrating all right let that just cook on I had it on high but I’m actually going to cook it on low cuz it’s early and it’s going to cook all

Day well till dinner time and I still got to get the seasonings in it all right this this is a chili that I’m making sort of few exceptions I don’t have green peppers that’s why I use the red dehydrated ones but I’m going to add all this uh it’s called a

Southwest seasoning mix tablespoon cumin tablespoon mild chili powder 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of coriander 1 teaspoon dried oregano and one teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder yay it’s all going in there right now and just going to stir it all in I wouldn’t ahead add it all that meat

Cuz I want it to be really beefy high protein and then I did add one onion that I diced up oh it’s going to be so good let this cook simmer cook down um I may end up adding some more broth but we’ll see cuz if it’s thick you could just eat

  1. Good morning Candice..I add all kinds of beans to mine..never put chicken broth in..did not need it for my recipe. No 2 people make chili alike. I used mine at a restaurant I worked at for many yrs. ..top it with cheese/ sour cream. Football time! Go Chiefs…😊

  2. Worked hard yesterday achy today/. Hope i don't have bad post exertional malaise this time. Seriously if you can do chocolate with a drop of peppermint extract if you like chocolate and mint. Thats the way to kill that taste. I like chili and my body responds well to it. One thing I definitely don't want to over salt
