Broccoli Salt and Pepper Recipe-
Ingredients:
1 tsp Chings Secret Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Chings Secret All in One Sauce
1 cup Broccoli cut into bite-size flowerets
1 bunch Spinach Leaves
4 sprigs of Asparagus cut into 1-inch pieces
½ cup button mushrooms, cut into halves
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
½ tsp white pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Red chilli flakes to garnish
Method:
Thoroughly wash all the vegetables, drain and keep aside.
Boil water in a heavy bottom pan. Blanch broccoli, asparagus and mushrooms in the boiling water one by one and refresh them in cold running water, drain and keep aside. Don’t overcook it. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a heated frying pan; add garlic and sautĆ© for about half a minute. Add all the vegetables while stirring continuously, put flame on simmer. Add Chings Secret All in One Sauce, Chings Secret Soy Sauce, a pinch of salt and white pepper and mix well. Cook while stirring till all the vegetables get coated with the sauce. Garnish with red chili flakes and serve hot.
