Little surprises okay okay so we are starting with our first night now this is big batch it’s an easy slow cooker pork tenderloin my family got several meals out of this one and I know your family will as well it is delicious with homemade mash potatoes or any other
Sides you would like to pair with it and this is week two in my easy 4-week slow cooker meal plan I shopped my pantry and refrigerators first and then I added anything else I needed in a small little Walmart grocery pickup order what did we
Do before that I just don’t even know I don’t know how to go back to function in the days before grocery pickup but anyway so I have week two there everything is linked so I can just click the recipe name and it takes me directly to the recipe directions in the guide
Here is everything that I I have and I am doing two pork tender loins because that’s how we roll around here we also have some Monk Fruit sweetener that is like a faux brown sugar and I’m using Liquid Aminos instead of soy sauce you can swing your ingredients based on what
You have however you can make it work for you I’m just going to sear the tender loins on each sides and I’m putting my olive oil in my big cast iron pan we are going to dump the additional ingredients along with the tenderloin in the slow cooker but we’re going to sear
These tender loins first to get them Going So for this slow cooker pork tenderloin I use about 2 tbspoon of olive oil I use about 4 lbs of pork tenderloin you of course add on whatever amount of salt and pepper per your family’s personal preference I’m also going to slice an onion and then my recipe says two cloves
Of garlic and I’m going to just eyeball some minced garlic on top of the Tender Loin once we get it in the slow cooker it’s A3 of a cup of brown sugar and I am using the monk fruit brown sugar substitute also about half a cup of
Water 1/3 of a cup of balsamic vinegar and about 2 tbspoon of soy sauce I’m using Liquid Aminos if I don’t have the aminos soy sauce alternative I also have coconut aminos in my refrigerator so you heat a large Skillet over medium heat drizzle oil all over and season the pork
Tenderloin per your personal preference I can then place the pork tenderloin in my big cast iron skillet and sear it until Brown all around for about 3 minutes per side after I slice my onion I’m going to place my sliced onions at the bottom of my slow cooker and then I
Place the seared pork tenderloin on top of the onions I’m going to sprinkle on the garlic the brown sugar substitute over the pork tenderloin again you can use regular brown sugar if you like I’m going to mix the water the balsamic vinegar and the liquid aminos together in a little bowl with a

A ham bone left from where I did a whole ham in the slow cooker I believe it was last week I had thrown that in the freezer got it out yesterday today we’re going to use It try to get my little jar opener for our broth got some canned broth that was in our shelves over there all right right so I’m going to just go ahead any order we do this is broth that we it’s dated for last March look at us 10 months
Ago my joke is every time I try to can broth my life falls apart in some way so I’m a little cautious a little Twitchy about trying to can broth again but I am glad we got through sun broth okay and then this is just our
Needy handam bone and I’m just going to throw it in just like this and then this will need some more bro in here but those were the two jars of P hand bro that I had I’m just eyeballing the garlic there follow the exact exact directions of the recipe

The day here’s what the soup looks like it is delicious I’ve already had a bowl of it I wish it had some orange carrots in there that would really make it pop but it is very good and we are having this with turkey and cheese sandwiches as well this evening
So now for our next recipe we are doing slow cooker lemon and herb turkey breast with a rosemary time gravy oh yes we are it is absolutely delicious big hit at my house everyone loves it when I have made this in the past and yes yes another day here is all
Of our ingredients set out we have our lemon and our salt and our butter and our seasonings and we have our turkey breast that we are using and we are going to make a delicious gravy at the end of all this as well which is fantastic on the turkey and I just must
Need to make a 50-gallon drum of mashed potatoes because I feel like everything that I’m making this week needs mashed potatoes to go with it and the sun is coming in very cooperatively and we’re going to slice up these lemons now and we’re going to place those at the bottom of the slow Cooker but there we go beautiful lemons all ready to go I want to slice up several lemons also for my water don’t get this done at that time but I did bring up some lemons to do that and I still haven’t done that so I like it when I
Have lemon sliced and ready to go that is very helpful so I’m just going to spread the lemons along the bottom of the slow cooker so this recipe calls for about a 5 lb is bone in turkey breast you could also use a boneless one about
A4 of a cup of butter a teaspoon of onion powder a teaspoon of garlic powder a teaspoon of salt also half a teaspoon of thyme leaves and half a te teaspoon of black pepper two lemons sliced down now again do better than me if you had a
Couple sprigs of fresh Ro Rosemary and fresh thyme that would be fantastic as well and about half a cup of water for your gravy later on you will need a total of about 4 cups of stock if you want to use your drippings from the turkey even better you and if you don’t

Lots of choices we are doing slow cooker beef and broccol yes we are one more slow cooker liner to wash out from other recent slow low cooker adventures and look at us we found another jar of beef broth and that was needed so right here I’m mixing up I’m whisking the beef

The last 30 minutes or so just for that to Soften And here we are several hours late later taking the internal temperature of the turkey and now I’m going to scoop off the broth that it made and we are going to make that into our gravy now it does have a lemon flavor because it’s been in
There cooking down with the lemons if it would be too lemony for your family you could just use one to two cups and then use regular chicken broth or turkey broth for the rest of your gravy do need about four cups I just went for it and
Used these drippings and did the four cups and it was absolutely Delicious and now I’m just removing the turkey breast so I can get the rest of the drippings from the slow cooker to turn those drippings into gravy yay now we have our stick of butter that we’re going to melt down of course I was thinking oh maybe this pan
Is not big enough you know I like to cook things out of my pans but I’m whisking down the flour now it’s a four of a cup flour into the melted butter and then we’re going to add our broth and whisk whisk whisk a bunch and make our gravy there’s our seasonings going
In as well the Ros Mery and the Thyme So here’s how everything was turning out our beef and broccoli and then our white chicken chili now you can add cheese onto that and other toppings some of my folks put some sour cream on it it is very delicious it went I mean it was gone within 24 36 hours very popular

Be careful using a glass cutting board, they will dull your knives a lot faster then plastic or wood.
If you want you can add some cream cheese, heavy cream, or sour cream (or a combo) into the chicken chili. It takes it up a whole nother notch! By the way you look amazing and happy and glad youre getting back into your mega mama routine. ❤

Grocery pickup or delivery was nice in the beginning, but now it seems like a lot of the items I ordered were out of stock and they didn't have a replacement, so it was dropped from my order altogether!! Now I find myself traveling back to the grocery store to get the items myself!
