The ingredients:
– 2 onions
– 1 green pepper
– 1 red pepper
– 1 tin red kidney beans
– 1 tin corn (optional)
– 150g textured vegetable protein
– soy sauce
– 2 tins chopped tomatoes
– 4 garlic cloves
– vegetable broth
– cumin powder
– smoked paprika powder
– chili flakes or chili powder
– black pepper
– garlic powder
– dried oregano
– salt
– olive oil
for garnish:
Anything you like, I recommend avocado or guacamole, lime, yoghurt, cilantro
side dish could be rice, tortillas or potatoes
