Preparation
Marinate the red snapper fish pieces in a spoon of turmeric powder , a spoon of chili powder, a spoon of pepper powder, half a spoon of spice mix and two spoons of tamarind ,ginger, garlic, paste for an hour . Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil. Put in the pieces of the fish and fry by turning from side to side and take off the pan. Put in two pieces of cinnamon bark, 3 to 4 cloves, a spoon of caraway seeds, a piece of star anise and 3 pieces of cardamom and saute well. Put in the pieces of 2 onions and saute till golden brown. Boil a cup of rice with one and a half cup of water with salt to taste and mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Take the mixture that we made in layers with the fish and rice in intemittent layers and close and steam in low flame for 10 minutes. Take off the flame and serve.
