Boil on low-medium (until fork goes through smooth without any resistance) 3hrs
2lbs pork shoulder
4 cloves of garlic
Half of an onion
Salsa
2 jalapeños
2 serranos
(Boil serranos and jalapeños for 5 to 7 min before adding the tomatoes)
7 tomatillos
(Boil with the serranos and jalapeños for 5 min)
1 quarter of an onion
3 garlic cloves
Pinch of cilantro
1tbs of salt – add to your liking
-Blend everything in blender
-Heat a pan with oil and add blender mix and 1 cup of water meat was cooked in. Bring to a simmer.
-Add meat and potatoes if you decide, mix everything together and cover with lid on low for 30 min.
