Here the method of preparation of the Pepper Shark Fry or Black Pepper Shark Fry or Kali Mirch Shark Fry is given
Preparation
Marinate the shark pieces with 2 spoons of ginger -garlic- tamarind paste, a spoon of pepper powder, a spoon of coriander powder, 2 spoons of chili powder, a quarter spoon of turmeric powder, salt to taste and a spoon of lemon juice and mix well. Marinate for an hour . Pour in 50 ml of oil in the pan . Let the oil get heated. Put in the marinated shark pieces into the oil and let it fry by turning from side to side till golden brown in colour. Take off the pan and serve with fenugreek leaves as garnish.
