#carneconchile #chileconcarne #carneguisada

Hey guys today I’m going to share with you how to make my favorite car con chile so if you’re ready let’s get started all right guys so here I already have all of my ingredients as always they will be listed in the description box so with that being said let’s begin

Prepping all right guys so first we’re going to begin by seasoning our meat I’m using 4 lbs of skirt steak that I cut into strips so that I’m going to be seasoning with 2 teaspoons of black pepper two teaspoons of garlic salt onion powder garlic powder cumin and a little bit of flour

So we’re just going to sprinkle it all over our meat so just make sure that you mix it all around okay so once we have our meat we’re going to set it to the side so we can make our salsa to a small sauce pan I’m going to be adding two tomatillos

Three Roma tomatoes one Chile Sano and five Chile puya depending on how spicy you want your salsa then it depends on how how many Chiles you’re going to add we’re just going to cover them with water set it on high heat heat and bring

It to a boil and once it comes to a full boil we’re going to transfer it all to our blender cup so now we can get ready to make our sauce to a blender cup we’re also going to add two garlic cloves 2 tasps of

Chicken or beef buan half a cup of el tomato sauce and 1 cup and a half of water so now we’re just going to be blending into smooth okay and once we have our sauce now we can get ready to make our Chile con carne I’m going to be

Adding a little bit of oil to my skill it set it over medium high heat and allow it to heat up okay and once hot we’re going to add half a onion one red bell pepper and one green bell pepper we’re going to be sautéing for a couple

Minutes okay and after a couple minutes I’m just going to move my vegetables to the side and add the meat okay now we’re just going going to mix it all together and allow the meat to Brown okay once our meat has browned we’re going to add our

Sauce going to be adding a little more water so just mix it and allow it to come to a full simmer so now I’m just going to reduce the heat to medium low and allow it to simmering for 15 minutes all right guys and after 15 minutes check the meat and

Make sure that it is fully cooked and it is nice and tender so you should just fall apart super easy so this is ready so I’m just going to turn it off and get ready to serve all right guys and here I’m just going to serve it with the side

Of rice and beans and of course some flour tortillas now we can get ready to enjoy all righty guys and now for the best part the taste test now let me tell you guys that I hope you give this recipe a try it’s serious super easy to

Make it’s so delicious and of course you know if you want to substitute the bell peppers for some potatoes you can always do that regardless it’s honestly the best so I am so ready got my tortilla getting my carnita and of course you know if you

Want it more spicy you can always add more Chile but this right here is super enjoyable if you have little ones don’t like it too so cheers and enjoy mhm the chili the best mhm the meat it’s so tender so flavorful so good all righty guys and

  1. "Carne con Chile" was literally the first Spanish phrase I learned as a kid. (It's Canada. They don't actually teach us Spanish.) Still gets me in the childhood feels lol. Another great one, Mrs Regalado and fam!

  2. Mmm looks so delicious and you make it easy to make!!!! I wanna try this thanks for sharing the recipes!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

  3. Claudia- Please don't take this the wrong way, but with all the yummy food you make, you should really share your exercise routine info. That way we can eat all of things without blowing up, and have to buy new clothes!

    Gracias!

  4. does the simmering in the sauce make the meat tender? whenever I try and cook meat like this it always comes out extremely tough and impossible to eat :((

  5. Taste test is the best part that makes me hungry claudia 😋 love your delicious recipes!!!! They are the best just like you are the bestest chef ❤

  6. ❤👍 You're so gorgeous and I love your shows! Definitely you look as good as the food, even better. Lol. Hope good things keep coming your way too!

  7. As someone who was never really taught how to cook I absolutely love coming to your channel and learning delicious recipes. My favorite channel!

  8. Claudia, your cooking is awesome but I have one problem. I need you to cook for me, way too many steps/ingredients for me to follow.

  9. Wow congratulations! easy and delicious it´s my favorite for a reason, thanks for sharing and shout out from Zapopan Jalisco México.

  10. I have a question. Why is Mexican cooking "spicy" to equate with hot when spices are everything from black pepper to turmeric to cumin to ginger to everything that has traveled with Marco Polo from the Far East to Italy. Spicy is not necessarily hot.

  11. I Just Recently Purchased Your Cook Book!!!! & Needless To Say My Wrist Game In The Kitchen Gettin' Better!!!!!!

  12. Amazing cook and I know that her family loves her cooking. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes with everyone. You are a very kind person who has helped others enjoy the recipes that you grew up with. God bless you and your family. Absolutely wonderful work

  13. Love this! Nothing could go wrong with this recipe. I continue trying the recipes from your book and having a great cooking, and eating time!

  14. Hmm 🤔 I’ve never have used bell peppers for chili con carne. Bells aren’t chili peppers. I use fresh hatch green chili from New Mexico and make my sauce from sautéing the meat and scrapings from that. I get a savory flavor from that. Never have used bell peppers..
