Ingredients:
4 Anaheim Chilis.
Pinch of Cumin seeds.
1 Onion.
1 tsp minced Ginger.
1 tsp minced Garlic.
2 Tomatoes.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
3 tbsp Yogurt.
Cilantro.
Recipe:
In a wok heat some oil. Add chilis and fry for 3-5 minutes. Remove the chilis. Same wok add cumin seeds. Fry for a minute and add onion. Fry until it’s translucent. Add ginger and garlic. Fry for a minute. Add tomatoes. Cook until they are soft. Add salt and red chili powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add coriander powder and cumin seed powder. Cook the masala for 2-3 minutes. Add 2 tbsp yogurt (Make sure yogurt is room temperature and alway beat it well). Cook for a minute and add the rest. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add little water. (Boil water).
Add the fried chilis. Mix it well. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes. Add water if you need. Occasionally change my sides. Once it’s done add cilantro. Enjoy.
