Mrs Bubba’s Chili perfection. Come and see the best pot of chili being created. Simple to do, only takes maybe 30 mins for dinner. My chili is a tomato sauce chii, so don’t judge until you’ve tasted it. This recipe only has a few ingredients – Green pepper, onion, beef, chili beans, tomato puree and diced tomatoes.

Okay we’re about to make my famous chili and to uh start off uh these are all the ingredients it’s very simple very simple onion green pepper chili powder Tasco sauce I put DIC tomatoes in mine Bush’s chili beans and tomato puree is the base of it and what I’m doing right now is
I’m heating up the skillet not the skillet I’m sorry U the chili pan it’s pretty pretty big old pan there got some oil in it I am going to sautĆ© my green peppers and onions with chili powder and Tabasco sauce until they’re translucent right so I got the green
Peppers and the onions in I’ve uh put some chili powder and some Tasco sauce in with those sautĆ© a little bit here and all nice and cooked and the one thing I did forget earlier was I’m going to use 3 lbs of ground beef okay so now that the
Uh green peppers and onions are all cooked I I’m them push to one side for right now I put the 3 lb of hamburger in there and I’m going to Chomp them all up and when I Chomp them all up I’m going to mix everything up and I’m going to
Add more chili powder and more Tabasco sauce and that cook through all of that so that the tast is embedded in the ingredients I’ll be right back so I got the meat the green peppers onions all mixed up chopped up some so it’s all cooking and
I’m going to let that all cook and keep turning the meat till the meat’s done and then uh we’ll Carry On from there we got the meat all brown and it’s and it’s nice you can see the juice down there bubbling away I do not not drain the
Grease off I leave the graas grease in it’s got the chili powder and it’s masasa sauce in it also which is going to mix with the uh other stuff the puy and the tomatoes that we’re about to enter so I’m about to put the rest of
The ingredients in and then set it to simmer simmer for about a half hour or so and it should be uh good to go so let me get them all in okay you were probably thinking all that really wasn’t going to fit in that pot but it does and
It fills it pretty much up and once you mix it all up then like I said just let it sit here and simmer and about a half hour or so it’ll be good to go now I am going to tell you that I will add more chili powder and
Tabasco sauce to this um at this point you’re just adding to taste um but that’s all I add to my chili so see when it’s done all right guys it’s done it’s been cooking long enough take the top off here just gurgle in a little bit but it is ready to
