Hello this is coming from shakes basin right now we’re going to be learning how to freeze hot pepper the hot peppers that I have for you today our jalapeno and I have three of them a ziploc bag a knife and a cutting board first thing
We’re going to do is we are going to take the stems off of our peppers so we put our peppers on our cutting board get our little knife and we dig into our peppers like this by cutting around the base of our stems they should easily be
Able to be pulled out oops be careful don’t cut yourself it comes out just like that you want to get your ziplock bag and place your peppers right inside so the object at this point is to release as much air as possible from this bag before you lock it how I do
That so I actually snap it over to a certain point and I kind of roll it and push out any excess air that i can get out then I finish sealing it like this this is ready to go in the freezer and it can be stored for several months just
Like this I’m Kareem from shake spanks and this is how you freeze hot peppers

You're gonna stab your hand doing that.
I slice the chilies and put them in a resealable plastic box into the freezer. This means I don't have to touch them with my hands again, and just use a spoon.
