This video is for my English 2000 service-oriented class at Louisiana State University. Since the pandemic hit the U.S., we are no longer able to serve at the LSU Food Pantry, so we have resorted to creating our own service project. With this video, I am serving college students who suffer from food insecurity. I am doing this by posting low-budget, simple meals in hopes to help those who cannot afford high-priced foods. For this recipe, I spent only $18.83. With the recipe being about 6 servings (3 scoops each) and extra food allowing leftovers, each out of the 6 full meals costs about $3.14.
