Well made homemade chili is perfect for any time of the year. This chili tasted absolutely delicious. The flavors were teeming with mouth-watering goodness and we can’t wait to make some more!!

Ingredients
1 lb of ground beef
1 lb of hot sausage
1 medium onion diced
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 jalapeno seeded and diced
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 ½ cups of beef broth
1 – 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 – can of pinto beans
1 – can of chili beans
1 – can of diced green chilis
2 tbsp of chili powder
1 tbsp of ground cumin
2 tbsp of tomato paste
1 – 29 oz can of tomato sauce
½ Tsp of cayenne pepper
1 Tsp of ground black pepper
2 Tsp of sea salt
2 tbsp of brown sugar
2 Tsp of smoked paprika
1 green pepper diced
Directions
In a large stock pot, over medium heat, brown your ground beef and sausage. Drain, and set aside.
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the pot.
Add peppers, onions, jalapenos, and saute for about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and green chilis, and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Top with your favorite toppings.
